The foldable QUIKSTEP ladder provides the ultimate in speed and portability. Law enforcement personnel will find the QUIKSTEP ladder strong, reliable and portable. Store it in the trunk, carry it like a briefcase or on a backpack, the QUIKSTEP ladder is lightweight, compact and most importantly, quick to deploy for fast access to low roofs, second-story windows and tall fences.

• Versatile - The QUIKSTEP ladders come in 6-foot, 8-foot, 10-foot and 12-foot lengths with either unpainted aluminum or black powder coated finishes. Standard rung width is 12 inches. The Assault ladder features an increased rung width of 18 inches, providing greater stability.

• Compact - QUIKSTEP is extremely compact relative to the operational length of the ladder. It folds into briefcase size for easy storage.

• Lightweight - The 12-foot QUIKSTEP ladder weights only 31 pounds.

• Quick to Deploy - QUIKSTEP can be unfolded and ready for use in less than 5 seconds.

• Accessories - From swivel hooks to carry bags and backpacks, QUIKSTEP foldable ladders have a number of accessories to enhance your department’s operational capabilities.

• Swivel Hooks - Placed in any of three different positions – stored, standoff and hanging – this accessory provides more versatility. Swivel hooks are constructed of 3/4 inch steel rods and weigh a total of 5 pounds. Swivel Hooks offer improved storage capabilities, additional stand-off and improved functionality.

• Backpack Harness - Leave your hands and arms free for other tasks – three quick release buckles with adjustable straps hold the QUIKSTEP ladder securely to the Backpack Harness and allow for rapid removal. The user does not have to remove the backpack to accomplish this.

• Shoulder Strap - The shoulder strap features two-inch, high density nylon webbing and a fully adjustable metal slider for hands free maneuverability and comfort.

• Carry Bag - Comes in black or safety orange.

The QUIKSTEP ladder has been independently tested to meet all weight and strength tests to the following standards:

• OSHA/ANSI A14.2-2000 - Grade 1A (Extra Heavy Duty) - 300 lbs
• NFPA 1931 - 1999 edition - Folding ladders - 300 lbs
• CAN-3-Z11-M81 - Grade 1 (Heavy Duty) - 250 lbs
• BS 2037: 1994 - Class 1 Industrial - 130 kg
• EN131: part 2: 1993 - Full pass on all ladders

The Owners Manual should be consulted prior to use. The QUIKSTEP ladder is not to be used as a bridge (horizontal position). Only one person should be on the ladder at a time. QUIKSTEP ladders come with a oneyear limited warranty.
